SHIPPING POLICY
At Sir James, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times We ship to the Netherlands and throughout Europe. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on all orders over €150.
Carriers We ship with DHL and PostNL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
International shipping For shipments outside the Netherlands within Europe, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
