The 1928 Hunting Vest is a typical representative of D-Pocket hunting vests that emerged onto the market from the late 1920s. These vests were highly favored for their ample storage space and their ability to shield the wearer from the elements and underbrush.
The main feature of these vests was the large D-shaped pocket openings at the front. Hence, they are also known among collectors as D-Pocket vests. Additionally, the vest provides sufficient storage space to carry everything needed for hunting or urban adventures.
